Grand Chase Discussion #1

Hello,

First off thanks to Zhon for the suggestion.

In an effort to maintain a close knit and actively community I’d like to introduce the first “Grand Chase Discussion” entry in this blog.

Basically the plan is, if this proves popular, I will post these Discussions periodically in an effort to get everyone to communicate about what they’re thinking and give people an opportunity to spread their ideas.

Let’s get started:

First Discussion Topic: What is your Opinion on KOG’s update speed?

You can discuss several things here such as:

Why are they pulling out big updates so fast instead of pacing them?

Whats with the big increase in dungeon content?

Do you enjoy the update speed?

Do they want to move the dungeons out of the way to provide some more interesting updates?

Are they pushing for a Season 3?

You’re welcomed to discuss way more. Whatever pops in your head, please share it! I simply provided those as examples. If you disagree with anyone, simply @Name – I disagree because… (Or something along the nature, if they’re right above you obviously won’t need to refer ot them.

Boss Pets (KR) More Info

Here is some more information on the boss pets that have arrived in KGC:

“You can make the pet after completing the dungeon in a certain order.

You must complete Champion mode as the final order for creating the pet.

Pets available for each continent as shown:

Gaikoz (champion mode) Gaikoz doll
Victor’s Fort (Champion Mode) Crab doll
Battle for Bermesiah (Champion Mode) Kaze Aze Doll
Domination of the Castle (Champion mode) Thanatos Doll

Various items are needed for the creation of the pet.

Everyone continent has an Orb to be obtained

All Dungeons must be in Champion mode to obtain anything.

Items for production are NOT 100% drop rate.

Clear dungeons and continue until you get it.

Ex) Obtain the Battle for Bermersiah Orb → Do Champion Modes of the dungeons on the continent for the items to acquire the pet.

You can only obtain one of each pet.

It’s impossible to make an identical pet

Ex) Obtained Gaikoz, you cannot make another one.“

I hope I translated this right, or some of you will be wasting a lot of time and Champion Tickets

The pet names are (In Order) + Pet Attack Name:

“Junior Gaikoz” – “Assault Slash”

“Junior Krako” – “Krako Chopping”

“Junior KazeAze” – “Ignition Ball”

“Junior Thanatos” – “Black Explosion”

“DK-MARK3″ – “Protect Sword”

8th Xenia Dungeon Video

Hi, Kowiz has uploaded the first part of the 8th Dungeon.

There’s not enough time today to finish uploading, so you can expect part 2 in roughly 12 or 13 hours.

Spoiler (Actual Dungeon Dialogue, after defeating Thanatos):

“You’ve knocked the God out of his rule… I don’t believe it…

It’s not you!? Where are you hiding?! Appear!!

I do not think it’s time now. I’ll take the essence of domination. The next time you guys will not find your way.

Oops! Astaroth took the essence!

What I wonder now… is if this trip is worth it so far? We’ve already learned a lot about constant fear we really don’t need.”

Keep in mind, the 5 essences are required to ENTER the castle, and Astaroth is stealing them to prevent you from coming back or even, moving on.

I don’t know who said what until I see the pictures

I’ve already translated the Dungeon’s dialogue for the most part, but I won’t be releasing it until I have 100% confirmation who said what, for context.
