I decided I’d put together a quick stat comparison, to show the difference between NA, KR, and BR.
Overall I believe the order is –> KR –> BR –> PH / NA
This is just a rough unorganized put together where we each took our best capped character and threw on the stats (Well Masui is 74, and Im 65, NA’s cap).
Check the results:
First off is KR. Kowiz provided an image of Sieghart + Arme to show how his characters stats are:
As you can see from the images, KR stats are actually REALLY low (compared to most of our norms.)
Next is PH’s stats (Level cap 60). Here’s a picture provided by Leet and KeiClay, as well as iLast of a capped fully equipped character:
It looks like PH tops KR, but is actually pretty high statted like BR and NA (as shown by iLast’s screenshot…)
Now I’ll provide a Screenshot of a Brazilian Dark Assassin (Masui). In NA our Dark Assassins have much lower defense but much higher attack.
Here’s his SS:
BR has a bigggg jump on KR in terms of stat output. I’m not exactly sure what items Masui is wearing, but I wanted the best he could get (including event items). There’s an example of a high stat Lass on BR. Apparently Lass can get another 100~200 on each of his stats.
Now let’s move to NAGC, where we have the reputation of the highest of the highest, and see what we can pull out 
First is a screenshot of me now, at this current moment, just taken ingame:
And here is a SS of me a few months back using an event item:
As you can kind of see (Or I hope you can see), right now it looks like NA currently has the highest stats compared to other versions.
I’m missing TW and HK, so if anyone from those servers is capped and believes they have close to the stat cap then please feel free to provide an image.
As you can see with the comparisons, NA has a HUGE vitality advantage over BR, while the attack / defense remains kind of neutral. The only problem with this comparison is the fact we’re using 4 different characters with 4 different growth rates.
For example, on North America, a DA like Masui would most likely be 1600 attack / 900 defense / 1300 vitality. Also, if Sieghart ends up with Elesis stats, a Sieghart on NA at Kowiz’s level would most likely be 1100 attack / 1700 defense / 1000 vitality.
I hope this comparison of the 3 versions was interesting you, and shows you how the stats compare to eachother.
As you can see, this is the reason why North American dungeons are so easy, and Korean are so hard.

The reason our stats are so high is because Ntreev has to conform to the casuals.
Casuals ruin everything.

Anyway, I believe GM Loki actually explained why our stats are higher. It's based on demographic stereotyping (that's what I got out of his words, anyway)… Meaning, people in the US don't want to pay for pretty looking armor, they want to pay for armor that will help them kick serious Firebolt~!
Which of course isn't entirely true… *has 5 sets with the same stats* <- lol
I recall Loki stating the reason for the stats, and I do agree with him that Americans are generally more picky on what they buy.
Other cultures may buy armors for the looks, while Americans generally just want it to win and level fast.
Dungeons are so much more fun with Low stat, but I can never get anyone to do them with me

They want armor that they can use so they don't have to have skill to win. They would rather stat-whore it up and use their stats instead of skill.
And Ntreev stupidly fell right into that.
If I get a chance, I'll see what I can do for TWGC. Closest I can get though is not actually purchasing the armor, just wearing it in the Shop Tab. I'll get one of that and with the GP armor on.

Well…. a lot of those stats you show in NAGC are with the % increase items like the ancient flag and the gaikoz shields and stuff….. get enough of those and of course your stats are way too high.
I like a healthy mix of stats and looks…… noble set looks fugly, so im not getting it. =P
i am from BGC status vit in BGC is very rare you see someone have more than 1000 vit(only see 3 peoples)ps:I play BGC when BGC was open but i dont play serious like someone get lvl 75 in a mouth because of it my highest is 45 lire .i have see 1500 atk and def but vit i dont have see( im considering using gaicoz shield 10% up def and asas de pavão more 10% def and all possible 60atk/30def/30vit intens cosiderate one of the best itens cash in BGC only possible buy in one or two time in all year)
the only sight for high vit is using the cazeaje armor and trident of patusei 10% vit and the best cape
remeber the best armor now in BGC is lvl 65 Cerberous i dont knows other armor in event because someones events need a lot of cash the last event made me cry…(LUG=ladra or LUG=Lag Up Games or LUG= Level Bug Games or LUG=Lag Bug Games(yes i hate LUG))

Our only Vitality item is cape + boots.
We don't really use partusay spear because we have a 60 30 30 backpiece or 10% attack backpiece.
That is…. SOME of us have a 10% att backpiece. ~_~

I think it was called the Strongest Guild Flag but yeah, that 10% attack is very awesome when you have high enough stats to trump everything else in that slot. =/
.:: persons wanting higher stats doesnt mean automatically they dont have skill.. if you love a game & very pro at it.. theres a time that youre not satisfied of what you have.. and that results to buying better equips.. like if your a pro racer.. your the champion & all but your still not satisfied with what you have/are, resulting you buy even better cars &/or parts.

Most of the cashers I have fought in Ntreev GC, have no skill. You kill them and they accuse you of hacking because apparently "Free players shouldn't be able to kill cashers"
Then 90% of them stick to gorge because they have no skill and have to knock off to win.
Well, you really don't need a screen shot for the Taiwan version. TWGC and KGC have the same stat thingy-mabobery.
Gorge does take a bit of skill. It's just not the "bludgeon people to death" type that you're used to. Its also popular because stats don't make you get an auto win on that map.

You're right, what makes you auto-win on that map is if you are a lire or arme and you spam out your ass in the corners.
Also, it doesn't take any skill, its just jump attack > knock off > Repeat for melee. For Arme its camp corner > spam fire bolt > meteor >repeat
For lire its Corner > Shoot arrows > Spam 1st mp > Repeat
That for lire doesn't apply to xbow, of course never seen an xbow on gorge.
NAGC got high stats because of that 10% effect to all stats cyclops eye!!!
I am from HKGC,but I have never seen anybody with stats that high — you can get the most expensive cash set + Anicent Weapons + Shopping Reward Accessory (30atk/15def/15vit) + % accessory(Gaikoz shield and etc.) and 3 +20 runes or something like that and you might still have trouble reaching these stats in NGC……
The most I have seen in HKGC is something like
12XX/8XX/8XX for Lv.75.
^Btw,somebody reached that by being REALLY lucky with the runes.

I've seen a plenty 1600/1400+/700+ stat guys in BGC.
Masui was using REAAAAALLLLLLLLY low status wings (6-3-3 or something like that)
Our strongest set is the one Masui's wearing, I think. It was obtained in the first Reward System, and is level 65. It is a bit stronger than the Cerberus set, that is level 64.
We have 6 60-30-30 accessories: Ellia Shields, Ellia Head thingies, Ellia Wings, Bermesiah Wings, Grand Chase Star and Ellia Feet thingies. And we also have a ring that increases up to 90 ATK, 60 DEF and 50 HP.
With full level 65 set (estimated 180-790-75 stats)+ level 65 weapon (360 ATK?) + 4 60-30-30 items + level 9 necklace + level 9 leg lace thing I forgot the English name of TT-TT' + 90-60-50 ring + Queen's Mask (18-36-10) + level 10 runes, you might get to something around 1650-1800-1000. There are two guys called Minu and JulianSK that might have something near the top stats… Their inventories are filled with rarities and such. Minu has 800 filled slots out of 700, lawl.

Actually, 2,999,999 GP in BGC equals to around 3 Order (is that the name for you guys?) Sets. Each Order Set is 950000 GP. :3
The wing that uses the Cg Masui BR give 10% Defense and 10% Vitality, and provide regular status atk 3 of 6 from 3 def and vitality.
