Thanks to waluigiwong for the Screenshots and interest in the Hong Kong (Sorry put wrong country) updates.
Hong Kong will be getting the guild system on the 16th, and will be receiving Amy Skill Tree today.
This is the third server that I know of, that has announced their guild system. The other two are Korea and Brazil.
Also, Hong Kong will be getting Ares very soon as well, which means KOG will need to push out some more updates soon in KR, since Hong Kong now has Amy’s Skill Tree and Ares (The latest releases):

Just from this alone you can already tell that before the year is over with we'll have a guild system! YAY!
That's pretty optimistic, but I expect it by the end of February
Hey Cow not to be a bug or bother you much. But whats up man with the lagging it on Jin's 3rd and Sieghart's job im just saying man like all these updates on our brother and sister country servers. Im not trying hate on anyone lol but WTH Why Nagc lagging it so much?
