This is a Tooniland Event. Basically a School event (back to School?) For Korea.
According to Vpower you get a scroll upon logging in. Using this scroll, you collect 50 cards with the frog’s face on it. Then you can redeem these two cards by trading in the mission.

The cards have a bad drop rate. For logging on and attendance, you get a box that gives you a random monster card. It seems to drop all of them. So far, I got Orc Lord from Orc Temple and Miston from Giant Rock/Temple of Destruction.
Is this a Tooniland event? :p
I’m guessing Tooniland is an anime channel in Korea as all their events have to do with anime shows ._.
One ugly frog. And a Dark Wedny and Gon card? Those don’t seem very good.
