This is more of an informational post, because I did have a Screenshot, but I kind of lost it, so this will just be pure text.
When Mari is released, she will be Gash only for a week.
GP users can use Mari when she’s released again as GP the next week.
It looks like Hong Kong has adopted the style of letting their cash users preview the jobs before the GP ones.

It's not bad business practice, Cash has the incentive of an easier quest, and in this case it's an easier quest, and being able to play the character one week earlier.
Even if they released it at the same time, chances are, everybody will say how hard the quest is and end up cashing it.
