I tried it!
i tried the Rose necklace and i made it +9!!!
it was kewl and awesome
it had some sort of pink aura thingy (JUST LIKE LOVE NECKLACE)
(But it’s about roses(DUH!)
anyways Anonymous,you’re wrong
it Has an effect just upgrade it or maybe your PC is not working well
